It has been a joy to welcome you to the neighbourhood! You and your staff are so friendly and professional and I love how Kayko looks and smells when she comes back from a day at the spa or even a pawdicure or tooth brushing. Also, Teddy, JJ and Princess are the most wonderful ambassadors for Cosmopawlitan. Keep up the great work and looking forward to a very successful 2009.
